Q Buzz is one of the Netherlands’ largest public transport companies, providing vital bus and train services to over 85 million passengers each year across the country. The Challenge

To accelerate its digital transformation and improve internal communication and service delivery, Q Buzz needed to modernise the way it equipped and managed frontline staff with mobile devices. The existing landscape lacked centralised management, and scaling secure deployment across thousands of users including; drivers, conductors, and service personnel, presented operational and security challenges.
