Role overview
The Commercial Support Executive provides commercial and operational support across CWSI’s customer, partner and vendor activities. You will help ensure that orders, renewals, commercial records and customer requests are managed accurately and efficiently, while supporting the Director of Commercial with reporting, process improvement and business growth across multiple markets.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate sales orders, renewals, customer quotations and related commercial administration.
- Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, contract, order and asset information within Salesforce and other commercial systems.
- Monitor order progress and respond to customer queries regarding delivery times, pricing, escalations and order status.
- Coordinate device enrolment through platforms such as Apple Automated Device Enrolment and Samsung Knox, ensuring devices are enrolled before use.
- Administer webshop, shared mailbox, partner, vendor and supplier portal activity.
- Maintain relevant commercial documentation, including contract records, delivery information, invoice references, serial numbers and IMEI details.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations and Finance to reconcile records, resolve issues and maintain accurate customer information.
- Support KPI reporting, financial monitoring and commercial reporting.
- Build effective working relationships with customers, channel partners, vendors and colleagues across CWSI’s markets.
- Support the Director of Commercial with pricing initiatives, commercial projects, process improvements and growth plans.
Skills & experience
- Previous experience in commercial support, sales administration, customer service, operations or order fulfilment.
- Strong attention to detail and experience maintaining accurate customer, order or commercial records.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing and time-sensitive priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good commercial awareness and a practical understanding of customer support, pricing, renewals or vendor relationships.
- Confidence using CRM and business systems. Salesforce, Exact and Prestashop experience would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
- Tri-lingual fluency in spoken and written Dutch, English and French.
