Location: Hybrid, Utrecht (NL) or Dilbeek (BE) – based (1 day a week in the office). Occasional travel to client sites in the Netherlands/Belgium.

Primary Objective
We are looking for a Project & Service Delivery Manager to deliver projects and manage ongoing services across the Benelux region.
This is a hands-on delivery role: you will plan and run small to medium-scale projects independently, coordinate technical resources, and maintain strong relationships with clients. You will bring structure, clear communication and ownership, ensuring every engagement meets its objectives while providing a consistent positive customer experience.
You will work closely with colleagues in Professional Services, Support and Account Management, acting as the bridge between customers and technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
- Plan, coordinate and deliver small to medium sized projects independently, ensuring timelines, scope and budgets are achieved.
- Apply delivery discipline: maintain schedules, manage risks and issues, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Drive decisions and dependencies with customers and internal teams to maintain project momentum.
- Manage project financials (hours, scope, invoicing) with guidance from PMO as required.
- Ensure full documentation and smooth transition from project to managed service.
Service Delivery
- Act as the main delivery contact for assigned customers during the managed-service phase.
- Conduct regular service reviews (onsite or remote), presenting performance, SLAs, improvement plans and recommendations.
- Coordinate with support to ensure incidents and changes are handled efficiently. Act as Major Incident Manager for your clients where required on adhoc basis.
- Track service metrics and customer satisfaction, escalating issues promptly when needed.
- Identify and propose opportunities for service or process improvement.
Collaboration and Growth
- Work cross-functionally with Account Management, PS, Practice Leads and PMO to align customer outcomes.
- Contribute to internal process improvements and delivery standards.
- Pursue ongoing professional development (eg Prince2, PMP, ITIL) to grow into senior delivery roles.
Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in project or service delivery within IT, Cloud or Managed-Services environments.
- Proven ability to plan and run multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a customer first mindset.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of SLA management and service reporting.
- Basic commercial awareness (tracking hours, managing budgets, scope)
- Fluent in Dutch and English. While not essential, French is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the Benelux region.
