The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Account Manager to drive new business growth in the BeLux market. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, technology, and cybersecurity; whether you’re an experienced sales professional or someone with a strong commercial mindset eager to develop your career in tech sales.
You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while managing a portfolio of existing clients. The role is weighted towards new business development, with approximately 70% of your focus on acquiring new clients and 30% on growing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new customers, driving revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship-building.
- Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Account Growth: Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our cybersecurity solutions.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and position CWSI as a trusted security advisor.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging cybersecurity threats, and the latest advancements from our technology partners.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including technical consultants and marketing, to support sales initiatives and customer success.
- Event Participation: Represent CWSI at industry events, partner conferences, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and business growth.
What You’ll Bring
- Sales Drive: A strong commercial mindset and a passion for business development and sales success.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management; preferably in technology or cybersecurity.
- Knowledge: Of the Microsoft product portfolio and company is certainly a +.
- Languages: Proficient English & Dutch language in spoken and written form; additionally French is certainly a +.
- Relationship Building: Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Resilience & Motivation: A self-starter mentality with the drive to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
- Tech-Savvy Approach: A keen interest in cybersecurity and willingness to learn about emerging technologies and solutions.
