  • A strong track record of winning new customers and exceeding sales targets in the UK mid-market or enterprise sector.
  • Experience managing complex, end-to-end B2B sales cycles involving senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable success selling Microsoft-based solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, security or compliance solutions.
  • Experience selling professional services and managed services.

  • Established relationships with Microsoft or organisations within the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra or Purview.
  • Experience building joint go-to-market plans with technology partners.
  • Experience developing strategic relationships with senior technology, security and business decisionmakers.

What we offer

  • Attractive base salary and uncapped commission.
  • Hybrid working, with one day per week in our Reading office.
  • Comprehensive technical training and professional development.
  • Employee wellbeing support and an Employee Assistance Programme.
  • Enhanced parental leave.
  • Volunteering and study leave.
  • The opportunity to purchase additional annual leave, subject to tenure.
  • A high-performance environment in which commercial contribution is recognised and rewarded.
