ŠKODA UK, part of the global automotive manufacturer with a heritage dating back to 1895, operating approximately 130 retail outlets across the United Kingdom. 

The Challenge

ŠKODA UK needed to modernise its paper-based sales processes to enhance customer engagement and support a growing, competitive automotive market. The brand was developing a new Digital Assistant iOS app to present vehicle information, brochures, and interactive content, but lacked an integrated, scalable mobility platform to deliver it across all retailers.

The Solution

CWSI designed and implemented a bespoke Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solution using Ivanti Cloud technology to support ŠKODA UK’s managed mobility environment:

  • Device rollout services to issue 1,000 iPads across the retail network. 
  • Managed services to support devices and optimise the Digital Assistant app experience.
