This is a\u00a0full lifecycle sales role, requiring a proven ability to manage the\u00a0end-to-end sales process\u2014from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in\u00a0selling Microsoft-based solutions and managed services, combined with deep knowledge of the cyber security landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-key-responsibilities\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Win new logos\u00a0and drive net-new revenue across mid-market and lower enterprise accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own the\u00a0end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract closure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with Microsoft technologies and CWSI\u2019s managed services portfolio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build strong relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners to create joint go-to-market strategies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in\u00a0Salesforce CRM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent CWSI at client meetings, partner events, and industry forums.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to deliver informed recommendations to clients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-skills-amp-experience\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skills &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven track record\u00a0of winning net new business and consistently exceeding sales targets in\u00a0direct sales roles in the mid-market or lower enterprise segments in the UK.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated success in\u00a0complex solution selling\u00a0within the Microsoft ecosystem in the UK (M365, Azure, Security &amp; Compliance).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated success in selling professional and managed services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of\u00a0managed services models\u00a0and value propositions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships within mid-market organizations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-we-offer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What We Offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitive financial package with an attractive commission structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible and remote working options to support work-life balance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A high-performance environment where your contributions are recognized and rewarded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive technical training and professional development opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee wellbeing initiatives and an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enhanced parental leave benefits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities for volunteering, study leave, and purchasing additional leave based on tenure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re excited about this opportunity or would like to find out more, we\u2019d love to hear from you.
