This is a full lifecycle sales role, requiring the ability to manage the end-to-end sales process &#8211; from lead generation and qualification through to contract negotiation and closure. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in managing and growing accounts within the cybersecurity space, with a solid understanding of Microsoft-based solutions and managed services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of existing accounts while also driving new logo acquisition to support revenue growth. This role requires a proactive and commercially focused sales professional who can identify opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and deliver measurable business outcomes for clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your responsibilities will be evenly split, with a 50\/50 balance between account management and new business development. You will retain ownership of any new accounts you bring in, taking full accountability for their growth and long-term success while contributing to CWSI\u2019s continued expansion in cybersecurity across the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-key-responsibilities\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Win new logos and drive net-new revenue across mid-market and lower enterprise accounts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and grow existing customer accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, strengthening relationships, and driving long-term value and retention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract closure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with Microsoft technologies and CWSI\u2019s managed services portfolio<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build strong relationships with Microsoft and other technology partners to create joint go-to-market strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce CRM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Represent CWSI at client meetings, partner events, and industry forums<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to deliver informed recommendations to clients<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-skills-amp-experience\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Skills &amp; experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fluent in Dutch &amp; English (French nice to have)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record\u00a0of winning net new business and consistently exceeding sales targets in direct sales roles in the mid-market or lower enterprise segments in the Belux region<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated success in\u00a0complex solution selling\u00a0within the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Security &amp; Compliance) or cybersecurity sector in the Belux region<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated success in selling professional and managed services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of\u00a0managed services models\u00a0and value propositions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven success in account management, including nurturing, retaining, and growing existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships within mid-market organisations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-what-we-offer\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">What we offer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitive financial package with an attractive uncapped commission structure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexible and remote working options to support work-life balance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company car\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A high-performance environment where your contributions are recognised and rewarded<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprehensive technical training and professional development opportunities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Employee wellbeing initiatives\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities for volunteering &amp; study leave<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re excited about this opportunity or would like to find out more, we\u2019d love to hear from you.
