As part of the City Insights 2019 programme established by Enterprise Ireland, CWSI were named winners at the evening awards ceremony located at Barclays Rise building in London.

Enterprise Ireland (EI) are committed to supporting Irish businesses looking to break into the UK market. Following on from the success of previous City Insights Programmes, the 2019 cohort was open to firms from Fintech, Talent Management, and Digital Technology backgrounds to develop their business ready to hit new markets. The programme included a diverse range of mentors who have a wealth of experience delivering products and services to the UK from Ireland.

Over the course of 100 days starting in March, 10 firms were accepted to participate in the programme. After tenacious engagement from both the mentors and the candidates, CWSI were awarded the accolade of 2019 City Insights Winners. Our goals were to sense check the approach to UK market, identify new partner opportunities and reassess talent identification and acquisition strategy.

Mentor Mike Wilson CEO & Founder at ditto, provided a comprehensive 3 phase plan that was scalable going forward. The outcome of the programme saw CWSI develop a unique go to market strategy created to launch and amplify our UK presence along with a more informed brand positioning.

The impact of the City Insights 2019 programme was positively felt across the whole CWSI business, not limited to just the UK breakthrough strategy. The team’s active commitment in City Insights 2019 supported CWSI’s mission to transform businesses through mobility, with solutions from industry-leading software partners helping clients create real competitive advantage from enterprise mobility strategies.
