Contract type: Temporary contract, 1-year initial term with the potential to extend.
Blaud (a CWSI company) covers the entire spectrum of cybersecurity. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your journey to the public cloud, understand and mitigate cybersecurity risks, enable seamless and secure productivity across all devices, or create secure applications, we have a large team of cybersecurity consultants and the solutions to help you run your business. We operate in the Netherlands, Ireland, England, Belgium and Luxembourg.
As a Security Consultant, you will be involved in improving the security infrastructure of our customers, both evaluating existing systems and proactively addressing new threats. Your expertise and dedication make the difference. By working closely with customers, you understand their needs and offer tailor-made solutions that make a real impact.
You are not only the technical expert, but also the person who can explain complex matters clearly. By actively guiding our customers, you will not only help them solve current security problems, but also prepare them for future challenges.
You perform network and file analyses and recognize attack techniques. For example, you will help prevent attacks on our customers’ digital environments using Microsoft Public Cloud technologies (including Entra ID and Microsoft Sentinel).
By nature, you are someone who investigates when you see something new or unknown happening in your field. You base yourself on the Microsoft standards, but you also look beyond that. You achieve the goals in a team with and with the customer.
What are we looking for
- You have at least a relevant HBO diploma and at least 3 years of work experience.
- You are a specialist in the field of information security within Microsoft 365 environments in combination with the Defender suite.

- You are well aware of the security possibilities and risks of the relevant (mobile) operating systems.
- You have a strong knowledge of IT security, data classifications and the right analytical skills, and you can translate these to translate the technical requirements into pragmatic actions.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are important and you are committed to achieving and maintaining them. Already having a few certifications under your belt is especially nice!
What do we offer?
Apart from the fact that you will be working in an international and award-winning company, you can of course expect more from us, such as:
